Pickup - Offered in certain markets, scheduled with our sales team. Delivery - Shipping label sent to the customer. Customer places Flexful inventory label applied outside one of the boxes. The inventory label contains item info and shipment quantity.

Right to the front door.
Inventory is automatically updated when items leave the Flexful facility. Our customer receives a notification when order has been delivered. Real-time inventory data is available at any time within the Flexful app.

We’ve got it!
The Flexful inventory label is scanned at our facility indicating the item and quantity received. Inventory is physically counted, barcode applied, and units individually scanned to confirm. Picture is taken and sent to the customer. Inventory confirmed in Flexful WMS. Customer receives notification of receipt.

Out we go.
Flexful’s WMS can be synced with most eCommerce platforms available. As orders are placed on customer’s site(s), we get a notification to package and ship! Orders are packaged to our customer’s specifications and items are shipped. Customer receives a notification in the Flexful app when orders have been placed and shipped!
